A few minutes of Yoga-Seed   practices —stretching, breath awareness, relaxation
— at the beginning of a class, or interspersed throughout the day as needed, fosters
an environment where more effective teaching and learning can take place.
Yoga-
Seed
is designed for classroom teachers, health and physical education instructors,
guidance counselors, administrators and all adults who work with children, including
parents.  Our seminars are open to all ages and abilities. Everyone successfully
participates at his or her level in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
Yoga-Seed’s easily transferable teaching modules enable staff to empower children
constructively.
Yoga-Seed gives your teachers the support they need to meet the
demands of life in the classroom. Yoga practices nurture emotional stability,
intellectual processes and creative talents through a unified system aimed at
balancing the total personality.  Both teachers and students exhibit more self-
confidence, self-awareness and self-control.

Yoga-Seed instructors use a systematic approach to teach your staff how to use yoga
tools for unblocking stagnant energy and unlocking the inherent ability of each student
to face life with more courage, awareness, skill and response-ability.
Yoga-Seed,
based on universal principles, provides the essential nutrients to cultivate relaxed and
focused minds and bodies.  Improved overall health along with more energy and an
increased aptitude for learning and creativity in a harmonious environment are the by-
products.  Through a process of self-exploration, self-development and self-
awareness, we wake up to who we really are and tap the potential within each of us.
This leads to self-control wherein we find solutions to many of our everyday problems
such as restlessness, inattentiveness and disruptive behaviors both inside and
outside the classroom.   Allow
Yoga-Seed to bring its “watered garden” to your
campus to rejuvenate and refresh all staff towards releasing the infinite capacity within
each member of your school community.
