Two 3.5 hour teaching
blocks in a one day
workshop or four 3.5
hour teaching blocks
in a two day workshop
for a total of 7 or 14
hours.

These skills will be presented to your teachers in a style that can easily be transferred to the students.  Upon
completion of the workshop your teachers will have learned breathing, focusing, centering and energizing tools
to share with their students.  There is a great deal of research that shows the relationship between higher
performing students and yoga in the classroom.  

Theresa Bell, B.S., M.L.S. and Holly Hill, M.Y., have over 40 years of combined experience.  Theresa has been a
public school educator for 20 years and has presented on the national, regional and state levels. Holly has been
involved with yoga for over 20 years with 12 as an internationally certified yoga teacher.  Theresa and Holly will
bring their expertise in these areas to your campus to serve your school community.
