Teachers will be able to model the following transferable skills:
• Centering - Practices to promote focused attention, clarity of mind and emotional stability • Yoga Poses - Non-competitive “exercises” to improve body function and physical well-being • Yoga Breathing - Techniques to increase oxygenation of the body and brain, calm the mind and vitalize the entire system • Relaxation - Methods to revitalize the body/mind complex • Creative Visualization – Practices to increase alpha waves and enhance focus and concentration

Two 3.5 hour teaching blocks in a one day workshop or four 3.5 hour teaching blocks in a two day workshop for a total of 7 or 14 hours.
